We have on-site experts in cabling management, design and installing of racks and cages, and installation of physical security systems. As a carrier-neutral facility, we offer a wide range of telecommunications services from multiple carriers that interconnect NTT Global Data Centers Americas and provide Internet access for your applications and websites. Our customer portal provides visibility and control of your data center installation. Our data center infrastructure management (DCIM) system called N-Matrix, has been described as leading the industry for production-level DCIM. Plus we offer unlimited Remote Hands and Eyes technical support to provide on-site resources when your team is not at the data center.

Finally, our dedicated project managers are unique in the industry. Each customer is assigned a dedicated project manager – a relationship that remains constant for the length of your service contract.
