The management team brings together experienced leaders from across all our regions. As the unified Global Data Centers division, the management team consolidates decades of industry expertise, proven best practices and tested business strategies to deliver innovative solutions and successful results to our clients.

Ryuichi Matsuo, Executive Vice President of NTT Ltd’s Global Data Centers division, leads the entire group and he is also President of NTT Global Data Centers Corporation. Ryuichi was previously CEO of PT. NTT Indonesia, leading the telecommunication and data center business there for 7 years from 2010. Having been with NTT for more than thirty years, Ryuichi has handled all aspects of NTT's global businesses with proven expertise in strategic growth positioning. He holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore.

Douglas Adams is President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Data Centers Americas (formerly RagingWire) and was part of the founding executive team in 2000. During his tenure, Doug has made significant contributions to the company by winning new clients, expanding the data center footprint in the United States, delivering innovative colocation products, and establishing the strategic partnership with NTT Communications. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Marketing from the University of Southern California (USA).

Takeshi Kimura is responsible for managing data center services in APAC, as Vice President and APAC Regional Head. Prior to his current role, Takeshi made significant contributions to NTT by leading M&A activities for acquiring data center companies, sales for hyperscale (OTT) & international telecom carriers, and product management for cloud services. He also worked for IBM in the United States through the NTT personnel program. Takeshi brings more than 25 years of NTT business experience to his present role.

Florian Winkler has over 20 years of experience in the ICT and data center sectors. He has developed ICT solutions for major clients, as well as built and run client-oriented organizations and processes in various roles covering consultancy, business development and general management. In 2019, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Global Data Centers EMEA, where he is responsible for the operational management and further expansion of the business in that region. Florian holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Augsburg (Germany) and an MBA from the University of Dayton (USA).

Sharad Sanghi founded Netmagic Solutions in 1998 and was responsible for growing it into India’s leading managed hosting and cloud service provider, with nine data centers delivering services to over 2,000 enterprise clients across the globe. Sharad is considered a pioneer in the Indian cloud computing space, and his vision has helped Netmagic become a leader in the public cloud services market in India. Sharad studied Electrical Engineering at IIT Bombay (India) and holds a master’s degree from Columbia University, New York (USA).

Yasuo Suzuki is Senior Vice President of Business Management and is responsible for the overall planning functions of data center services including expansion, investment, and budget strategy. Yasuo has over 20 years of IT services industry experience in leadership roles and is a key member who helped expand NTT Communications' international business portfolio. Prior to his current position, Yasuo spent 5 years at RagingWire as Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning and contributed to the growth of the NTT data center business.

Kevin Dalton is Senior Vice President of Construction and Critical Facilities Engineering and Design (CFED) at Global Data Centers, responsible for leading the team that designs and delivers our world-class facilities. Kevin is an expert in leveraging supply chain optimization and modular pre-fabricated construction techniques to drive rapid growth, improved quality, and speed to market. Throughout his career, Kevin has set the standard for next generation data center designs and led multiple, successful sustainability initiatives. Prior to his current role, Kevin operated out of Global Data Centers Americas (formerly RagingWire).

Bob Woolley oversees operational standards and performance and over his career, has overseen operations and engineering at over 75 data centers. Bob has been instrumental in developing next-generation data center designs, and establishing industry leading standards for operational performance, reliability and efficiency. Prior to Global Data Centers, Bob worked at Schneider Electric and at Lee Technologies. Bob studied Architecture and Electrical Engineering at Miami University and Telecommunications Management at Golden Gate University, San Francisco (USA).

Yuji Nagata manages the entire global data center product portfolio as Vice President and Head of Product Management, including Product Marketing. Throughout the past 25 years, Yuji has focused on three areas: Product Management, Engineering & Operations, and Corporate Strategy. Yuji has extensive product management experience not only with data center services, but also with ISP services, managed ICT services, IPTV services, and video streaming services. He holds an MBA from Claremont Graduate University in the United States.

John Eland has over 22 years of experience across the data center, telecoms and investment sectors. At NTT, John has overall responsibility for strategy and corporate development of the Global Data Centers division. This includes investment strategy, transactions and underwriting and strategy research/market intelligence. In addition, he oversees and drives our ongoing expansion efforts via M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and development. John studied International Business at Newcastle Business School in the UK and at ESCEM Business School in Tours, France.

Masayuki Inoue has more than 20 years of experience in the IT sector and has a strong technical background in network technology, agile software development, automation technology, and cybersecurity. Prior to joining the Global Data Centers team, he worked at NTT's R&D company, NTT Innovation Institute, in Silicon Valley and drove many applied research projects and product development initiatives. Masayuki believes that data centers will evolve drastically through the innovative software and solutions that the team develops.

Adam Tamburini has over 20 years of experience in the data center sector, working with end-users, telecommunication companies, IT companies and developers. He has worked on the development and construction of numerous data centers across Europe. Adam joined Global Data Centers EMEA (formerly e-shelter) to manage their developments in the UK, but for the last 6 years he has been responsible for hyperscale sales in EMEA. Now as Head of Hyperscale Sales at Global Data Centers, Adam is responsible for clients on a worldwide level. Adam is a Chartered Surveyor with a degree from Kingston University (UK).

Jun has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has spent his entire career with NTT after graduating from university. In the past decade, Jun has concentrated on data centers and has worked in NTT Communications' global data center expansion and procurement strategy division as team manager. Prior to his current role, Jun was Executive Vice President of NTT Singapore Pte Ltd., responsible for accelerating data center and related service sales. Jun holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Meiji University (Tokyo, Japan).
